There are many myths and rumors about the Gulf of Alaska where two oceans met but never mix into each other, which is quite an interesting and mysterious phenomenon of nature. There is a meeting point, where two oceans are met with each other but their water never mix with each other. And the shocking thing is that there is no physical boundary present to separate them. People have made many mystery stories about this and various writers published many mystery books regarding this, but some are true and some are not.         This photo was first taken by a cruise traveler and a well-known photographer "Kent smith". He took this photo in the year 2010 while traveling on a cruise ship in the "Gulf of Alaska". And from that day this photo has gone viral across on almost every social media and media platforms, and thus lead to the rumors like it's a "MIRACLE" but actually it is not!

The reality behind this mystery:

   The actual reason behind this phenomenon is fully Scientific and not some kind of miracle. The        Bering and the Pacific ocean meet in the Gulf of Alaska but never mix up with each other. So the reason is that the water densities of both waters have a high difference, that's why they oppose meeting each other. The water, which is dark in colour is the common seawater with impurities. On the other hand, the light-colored water is formed by the melting of glaciers in the sea, which is quite salt and impurity free and moreover, it is also rich in minerals, which is why it so clear and light-colored.

 These impurities of both waters are the result of having such a high-density difference between them and hence opposes to mix with each other. It is the same phenomenon as that with the oil and water. They also never mix with each other and the reason is same, that their densities have some difference.
